man what a huge undertaking

we have been recruiting volunteers fo what seems like forever. we are finally seeing some results now. we stuck with our plan and are finally seeing it's effects.

if you have ever struggled with this then you know how hard it can be.

the biggest thing for us was putting our strategy in writing then executing until it hurt. we went several weeks after enacting it with no progress but it's picked up and now we are seeing great things and getting several volunteers a week.

just wanted to encourage you and say get a plan, plan a plan and stick with it. it will work out eventually.
